Finding the Music for our Thriller:
After finding out that the music we originally planned to use for out Thriller opening was actually copyrighted, we all had to go on a mad hunt for some copyright free music that fitted the plan for our Thriller. This was not as easy as it seems. We was finding copyright free music that would fit the bill for an ordinary thriller, however, Freddie being the picky person he is, he wasn’t happy until he found something that fit perfectly.
We decided that we were spending too much time in lesson trying to find the music so Freddie said that he would continue the search at home, so he did. He came in the following lesson with half of the Thriller entry already edited out with the perfect fitting soundtrack he had been looking for! Freddie actually found two pieces of music, both copyright and royalty free that he would combined in the Thriller to fill out the full 3 minutes. The two pieces perfectly built up the tension within the Thriller then with the perfect drop into frantic/panic for when the chase scene kicked in.
So, after a long search we did manage to find two pieces of music that fit perfectly into our plan and in our minds, created a great Thriller opening.
